St. Thomas has a rich history of Outreach and Mission.  Consider some to the important projects in which you may serve.

  • Wynnton Neighborhood Network - Providing Food for 100 households each month
  • McCann African Mission - Higher Education and Medical service in Tanzania

The CVEM 25th Anniversary Project:

Building Social Ministry Leaders for the Future

In recognition of the Chattahoochee Valley Episcopal Ministry anniversary, CVEM set a goal to raise $25,000 to be the seed money for an ongoing youth initiative.  This program, aimed at older high school students throughout the Chattahoochee Valley, will be designed to train future leaders who will share the vision of CVEM - a vision which applies Christian faith to social problems.  Top educators and spiritual leaders from the church and community will engage young people in a year-long, life-changing exploration of active service, thought and prayer.  We believe this initiative will further the goals of CVEM today, the next 25 years, and beyond.

To date, over $27,500 has been raised toward the Youth Leadership Project!
